~Andrea Picano
With over 40 years experience in the skin care field, Andrea Picano is an expert within the industry. Beginning her career in the early 80's, Andrea had the privilege of working with the best in the business. Besides being a licensed esthetician and nationally certified laser Technician, Andrea has numerous certifications under her belt including the use of the ConBio Medlite6, Cynosures Elite and the Palomar IPL and 1540nm. She also has certifications in the use of multiple skin care lines including Dermalogica, Jane Iredale, Glotherapeutics, Mario Badescu and many more. In 2021, she is celebrating 15 years owning Radiant Skin and Laser Center.
Melissa started her career as a licensed massage therapist 16 years ago after receiving her training at the Swedish Institute in NYC. Apart from health and science, she couldn't leave out her love for beauty enhancement. She continued on to get her esthetics license after training at the Long Island Nail and Skin Care Institute almost 10 years ago. Some of her specialties include microdermabrasion, waxing, chemical peels, makeup application, eyelash and eyebrow tinting, swedish and deep tissue massage, and spray tanning. Melissa is also our Permanent Makeup artist and is a licensed tattoo professional who is certified in Microblading, Ombre'/Powder Brows, and Combo Brows (combination of strokes and shading).
Melissa Verdejo~
Meghan is a licensed esthetician and laser technician. She received her education and training at Long Island Nail & Skincare Institute and Berkowitz School. She has additional certification in Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels and the Cynosure and Palomar machines. Meghan is highly proficient in waxing and make-up application to enhance our clients' natural beauty. She started her career at Radiant Skin & Laser Center while earning her NY State Esthetic License. She began learning the business at the front desk before making her transition to full time esthetician.

Michelle is a licensed esthetician and laser technician with over 10 years of experience in the skincare industry. She received her education and training at Long Island Nail & Skin Care Institute, Gold Laser Academy and International Laser Academy. She is certified and knowledgeable in Laser Hair Removal, IPL, Tattoo Removal, Skin Tightening, Facials, Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, Waxing, Makeup Application , Eyelash & Eyebrow tinting, and Spray Tan.
Michelle Franco~
Audrey is a Board Certified Esthetician and Laser Technician that specializes in Facial Aesthetics, Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion, Eyebrow Styling and Facial Treatments. She has been at Radiant for over 7 years, as well as practicing at a medical group that specializes in Dermatology. Audrey strives to combine her medical expertise, experience and artistic skills to achieve the best possible aesthetic results and patient care. Audrey is certified in Laser Hair Removal, Tattoo Removal, Laser Resurfacing and trained with Cynosure, Palomar and Candela. She has received licenses from The Berkowitz School of Laser and Long Island Skin and Nails.

Tricia holds her Aesthetics license and is a graduate of the Long Island Nail, Skin, and Hair Institute. Tricia specializes in a variety of different services ranging from beauty services to skin care. She takes time with each client to understand their skin care needs and provides them with a relaxing, enjoyable aesthetics experience. Skilled in eyebrow shaping, brow and lash tinting, waxing, spray tans and facials, Tricia is always focused on providing the very best results to every client.
